Condo: Condos are stacked multi-unit dwellings with units placed above and below other units. Unit owners only own the interior of the unit.
Mobile Home: Mobile homes are manufactured in a warehouse and delivered on site. They are not considered "stick built". A "double-wide trailer" would be considered a mobile home.
Note: Modular Homes do not fall into this category, even though they are semi-manufactured. They would be listed be a single family dwelling.
Single Family Dwelling: A single family dwelling is a site built stand alone dwelling. It is not attached to other dwellings in any way.
Townhome/Rowhouse: These are multi-unit dwellings with units sharing walls on either of both sides with other units.
Replacement Coverage would provide the "replacement" value of your personal property destroyed or damaged by a covered peril.
Actual Cash Value Coverage would only provide the depreciated value of your personal property.
